Female Cat aged Young Adult.
Susitna is a young female, spayed mommy. The pretty muted Tortie has soft, medium-short hair.
She was found stray and had just given birth to babies, but she was very scared and stressed, making us believe she is still very young. We estimate she was born in the fall of 2025.
Susitna was very shy when she arrived in foster care. She has made significant progress, but we feel she would be a better fit for an experienced cat owner. Susitna is not a scardy cat - she likes to be around people, and is learning to be affectionate. She loves gentle pets and will stretch her tail in the air, but still gets startled easily. She likes to sleep on your bed at night, but she is not yet comfortable being picked up and held.
Susitna gets along well with the other cats in the foster home and doesn't mind large, friendly dogs.
Susitna is now spayed and is current on her vaccines. She has also been dewormed.
For more information about Susitna, please contact her foster mom. Call/text Silvia at (907) 717-9300. Serious adopters are asked to submit a pre-adoption application. Susitna's adoption fee is $190.
