Anguyak (Warrior, in Yupik), is a sweet, little male kitten, born on 2/23/26, He ihas a medium coat, and is white with tabby coloring. He was found on someone's porch with his sister, Kaneq (Frost), at 2 weeks old. They were both underweight and abandoned but neither were sick. With diligence, one of our amazing fosters nursed them both back to a healthy size. While they are a little small for their age, they are healthy and happy little kittens, ready to find their forever home!
Anguyak and Kaneq are a bonded pair and would love to be adopted together. Their first foster mom requested they stay together, for they get very upset and cry for each other when separated. While they sometimes sleep apart, if one wakes up and can't find the other, you can hear the slight panic in their cries. They have been through a lot together and we believe that separating them would not be in their best interest. Bonded kittens and cats make for some of the best companions around, and we are confident, we can find the perfect family for these two sweethearts, together.
Anguyak is the more independent and confident of the two. He is a goofy, dumpling of a little boy: always wanting attention and playtime. He loves to nibble and lick at your fingertips and gets overtly excited if you decide to play wrestle with him. He will come up and lick your nose and face but he usually won't stay in your arms for long. He will dive into your lap and ask for love, and then dive right back out again and play attach your arm. He is usually careful not to scratch, though sometimes his excitement takes over. He is the biggest love and will snuggle right next to you for a nap, making sure to reach out and touch a part of you to let you know he is there. He is always looking out for his sister, and likes to see where she is before settling down.
