Male Cat aged Young Adult.
Randy, born June of 2025 was an extremely feral guy when he came into rescue in the fall of 2025. He and his brother Ozzy took a very long time to adapt to indoor living despite being very young when they were trapped. While still a bit jumpy when out in the open, Randy has made tremendous progress and is now actively seeking out attention when his foster people are in bed. He will jump up on the bed, stomp across the blanket, and slam his entire body into us. He rubs his face all over any hand that’s above the blankets and purrs like mad. Chin scratches, oh yes. He will even roll on his back and allow brief belly rubs. He loves the other cats in the house, even when they’re not entirely sure about him. He is a gorgeous orange boy who has the cutest little 45 degree angle permanent kink at the end of his tail. He’s doesn’t like to be picked up, but if you give him time to come to you he’s an absolute love.
While not a baby any longer, personality wise Randy is still a kitten. He loves laser pointers and feather wands. Randy relies on the other cats in the home for socialization and would be best placed in a household with another cat friendly pet. (His brother Ozzy, while very shy, would be an awesome companion if you are interested in opening your house to a pair of handsome young cats.)
Randy has received all of his kitten shots, been dewormed and is neutered, microchipped and rabies vaccinated. He is fostering in Anchorage. If you’d like more information please fill out our pre-adoption application or you can contact his foster mom, Terri, at (907) 980-2828.
