Female Cat aged Baby.
Galena is a sweet, little girl with short to medium black hair, estimated to have been born on 10/31/25. She came to us with her mother and 4 siblings. Mom was semi feral, so while she came into a foster home at a very young age, she is still a bit shy but growing more confident each day.
Galena started off as the shyest of her litter, but she is now blooming in foster care. When she first arrived at her second foster home with her siblings, she seemed very sad and was probably missing her mom. She is coming out of her sadness now though and she loves to play with her brother and the adult cats in the house. She loves to wrestle and chase wand toys and throw around the little stuffed mice. And she always loves to snuggle with a friend. As for people, she used to shy from pets but now she leans in and even lets her foster mom hold her sometimes. She has such a pretty little purr when she gives in to human touch. She still has a bit of a fear response but it grows less and less each day.
Galena is the smallest of her littler, beautiful and petite. She is going to be a gorgeous cat. Her brown eyes take everything in and you can sense a bit of mystery and mysticism about her. Once she finds her full confidence and knows she is safe, she will be the most loving, sweetest girl around. She will need a family who is patient with her and sees her worth through her fear. Galena would love to be adopted with one of her siblings; they are her best friends and she does everything with them. They help her come out of her fear and their closeness is so sweet. If not a sibling, another friendly cat in the house is a must.
Galena is started on her vaccination and she has been dewormed. Her adoption fee is $90 plus a $75 deposit for alter. Discount applies if you adopt two. To learn more about Galena, please contact her foster mom, Jennifer, at 818-929-6855. Serious inquiries need to fill out a pre-adoption application as well (which can be found at the bottom of available cats on this page). Galena is fostering in Anchorage.
