Franklin is a handsome ginger tabby. He came to his foster as a scared feral kitten who now purrs as soon as he hears her voice. He even initiates contact and loves ear scratches. He is good with his sister Lily and lets kids pick him up. He has had limited exposure to dogs and is still unsure of that. He would love a forever home who is willing to continue to work with him, be patient with him as he continues to learn to trust humans.
He would love it if he went with his brother Felix. And he wants you to know that he is an excellent biscuit maker!
